Privacy Policy of Bernard

The gist of our privacy policy is as follows:

• We process and store the contents and metadata of each Discord message as part of our AutoMod feature for a maximum of 14 days. After 14 days, this data is automatically deleted.
• We store telemetry about events that happen within each Discord server Bernard is a part of for a maximum of 90 days. This data is primarily for monitoring and troubleshooting purposes to ensure Bernard is operating as expected. After 90 days, this data is automatically deleted.
• Examples of events include users joining or leaving a server, users joining or leaving voice channels, text messages being edited or deleted, and so on.
• Data is not automatically deleted when Bernard leaves a server. This is for the sole purpose of us reviewing relevant data to continuously improve Bernard.
• Data collected by the Bernard Discord bot is not shared with any third parties. All data is accessible to select employees and contractors of Quad Zero Ventures, LLC for the sole purpose of continuously improving Bernard.

All users have the right to request that relevant data stored by Bernard be deleted. Contact us via email at [email protected] for more information, as well as with any further privacy concerns.
